Basketballs and Limousines

If you haven’t been to a live game to see the Miami Heat play, you’re really missing out. Not only are the Heat a great team to watch, but their American Airlines Arena is one of the best in the NBA.
The “Triple A” (as it is sometimes called) can be configured in multiple ways to seat anywhere from 3,000 to 20,000 screaming fans, and the steep seating configuration, combined with the fact the 42% of the seats are at side-court, means that the experience of watching the game is intensified for every fan. The arena is also home to the Waterfront Theater – Florida’s largest – it’s a fantastic venue that can host any event, from concert to Broadway show. I’ve seen U2 and Phish at the Waterfront, and it’s really a great theater.
One of the most interesting things about American Airlines Arena is the food. In addition to the standard fare of hotdogs and pizza, you will find a wide variety of items inspired by the area’s Cuban heritage. I can tell you from firsthand experience that there’s nothing like munching on conch fritters while watching the Heat decimate the opposition.
My only complaint about the stadium is the parking. Like most arenas and stadiums, parking rates in the area are unbelievably inflated, and true to Miami form, the rates are really inflated. It’s also a nightmare getting out of the area after the game ends, and is frequently the site of violent fistfights followed by Draconian vigilante justice. Luckily, there is a solution to both problems: Charter a limousine from Mirage Limo!
A limousine means that you won’t have to worry about traffic or outrageous parking fees, and, more importantly, the ride to and from the stadium is always exciting, luxurious, and enjoyable. There’s no better way to head to American Airlines Arena than in a Mirage Limo.
